Current Group Fitness Class

As well as gym facility management and providing corporate health programs for businesses, Energym also holds open group fitness classes, available to all members of the public. Our current group fitness classes is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga, held weekly at the Hub in Melbourne Docklands. The class is held from 6pm to 6:45pm every Tuesday night, and is personally designed and taught by Energym Co-Founder Sara.

Pilates and Yoga Class Overview

The class warms up with Yoga poses, with the middle section of the class revolving mostly around core and muscle building Pilates exercises. The class then moves into Yoga poses again for our warm down, finishing with a brief meditative relaxation session.
