Personal Training Options
One on one personal training is the most effective method of losing excess weight and improving your fitness levels. Our personal trainers work one on one with you to figure out what your fitness levels are, what areas you would like to improve in, and what fitness regime is best for you. We work with you to change up your routine every session to keep our sessions fun, but also to get the most out of our sessions.
If you’re interested in working out with friends, we also offer Team Personal Training. Train with a partner or a friend, or even a group of friends – as many as you like! We also have Team Weight Loss programs, where we work with you and a group of friends to help you achieve your weight loss goals. And in the months coming up to summer, we also offer a bikini bootcamp to whip you into shape and get you that bikini body you’ve always wanted.

At EGM we offer Exercise physiology for those requiring specific guidance during exercise as recommended by their health care professional. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) holds a four-year equivalent university degree and specialises in the exercise and movement for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. AEPs provide support for people with:
- cardiovascular disease
- osteoporosis and arthritis
- mental health conditions
- cancer and cancer treatment recovery
- chronic pain and fatigue
- post-surgical rehabilitation (ACL reconstruction, hip/knee replacement)
- neuromuscular exercise therapy (multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease)
- pulmonary disease and more
Accredited Exercise Physiologists are different by the possession of extensive knowledge, skills and experience in clinical exercise delivery and their ability to provide health modification counselling for people with chronic disease and injury.
Exercise physiologist’s also have recognition by Medicare, Department of Veterans Affairs and most private health insurers and can provide rebates upon referral from a general practitioner.
