If you’re looking for a little more than just a gym membership, Energym Management has also organised a range of group classes available exclusively to Wharf Club Members. Take your pick from Circuit, Boxing, Barre and many more – or check out our timetable and give them all a try! 

Designed and taught personally by Energym Co-Founder Sara, each class has been designed to deliver the most effective elements of each exercise type. There’s something for everyone – see our timetable below for session times.

Personal training.

You’re our main priority and one of our trainers will take the time to go through a tailored program to suit your goals

Small group training (up to 6)

Share the fun with some friends or make new ones with small group training. This group is goal orientated and we rely on each other as motivation to push ourselves.


Outdoor based commando style group training. Bootcamp consists of mainly cardiovascular training and bodyweight exercises done in group activities that are both challenging and fun.

A moderate level of fitness is required.

Fitness Boxing

Boxing oriented fitness class. using boxing as the vehicle for fitness we incorporate a tough cardio work that will teach you the basics of boxing and tone your muscles.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

30 minutes of vigorous exercise involving free weights, body weight and bursts of cardio. CrossFit style training whereby the program phases are repetition based and may involve bouts of heavy strength exercises.

A moderate level of fitness is required.

Pilates Level 1 and 2

Incorporating elements of yoga, martial arts and other forms of exercise, this class will help to improve posture, strength and flexibility with a focus on a stretching and strengthening the whole body.


A combined practice of movement with breath that helps to build strength and flexibility both physically and mentally. It will leave you feeling energised, calm and grounded. Yoga practice will bring a positive change, enhancing your everyday life on and off the yoga mat.


Fusing hypnotic Latin dance rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away.
